A native of British Columbia, I have been a resident in Vancouver for over 10 years. In addition to living in Vancouver I have resided in Asia and traveled extensively throughout the Middle East. I attended Orange Coast College in California and the University of Idaho on a baseball scholarship and attained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education in 1992. In addition, I achieved my British Columbia Real Estate License and Property Management License from the Commerce Department of the University of British Columbia. I am married to Jinju who was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and is currently working for the United Arab Emirates Airline, Dubai.

I have extensive knowledge of the history of Real Estate in British Columbia as well as Greater Vancouver. My specialties in the Real Esate Market range from pre-sales, re-sales, and major investment properties, to overall project marketing and new development assigments. I am motivated to eliminate the difficulties that many buyers and sellers face and am determined to make the whole real estate experience a successful one for every person I help.
